It's very easy to get support from within the application itself. After logging in, just click theFind Help button on top of the screen.

  • Step 1: In the Find Help pop-up window, click Contact Support button if you can't find the relevant answer.
  • Step 2: On the How can we help you? pop-up window, select the appropriate option from the Category, Sub Category and Type of Query lists.
  • Step 3: In the Question box, type your query as specifically as possible.
  • Step 4: In the Details box, provide detailed information about your issue.
  • Step 5: Upload a screen shot or any other attachment, if required, along with your query.
  • Step 6: Finally, click the Submit button to submit your query.
